If I'm not mistaken it was Draco that had the idea to create a Harry Potter birthday cake for his father seeing as Lucius' greatest desire was Harry. Obviously an enormous amount of smut ensues and unless I'm mixing up stories again Ron got a little Harry action as well. This was just what I remember from a similar cake story that I read many a year ago, I'm sure there are plenty of Birthday Cake PWPs that it could be.
