We are very sorry, there was a brief interruption in connectivity for both (approximately one hour), due to network issues on the host company's end. The outage started at 12:04 am and was resolved by 12:57am.

They have yet to post in their support forum what the problem was exactly, but it IS resolved.

The hosting company is currently investigating the cause of the outage. Once they determine the cause, I can post it here if anyone wants to know why it occurred.

As you've no doubt surmised, there was an outage of service. We've not been informed yet as to the nature of the problem which caused this outage, but I expect it will be along the same or similar lines as what happened before, meaning a hardware outage.
