After the 5th dead or alive tournament Lisa asked Kasumi to be in a experiment of hers after hearing what the experiment is she agrees the is to turn her into a futanari as a futanari Kasumi will not have balls and can get girls pregnant they go to Zack's island to test the experiment by having Kasumi fuck all of the girls on the island.
