sess/inu story

i am looking for a story with sess and inuyasha the basic story line is inuyasha is just there he is really cold cuz it's winter and then a certain demon slayer starts to attack him. he soon gets to hurt to move so the slayer thinks that he is dead sess is going by in his carriage and smells all the blood and doesn't know whos it os so he investigates he finds inuyasha bleeding laying on like a bush or something. he asks inuyasha to come with him and inu does but passes out before reaching him. inuyasha wakes up in a soft warm place. sess comes in and other stuff happens ( no slash yet) if you have read this story please let me know what it is called it is driving me insane. oh also in this story inuyasha has ears and a tail. i think that might help find it sooner. it is also set in their times that might help too.
