Harry/Snape lost fic

I am looking for a story where Severus goes to a clan of vampires and ends up taking a boy to bed and then returns to Hogwarts with him. The boys name starts with a F but it's really Harry. Snape and Harry end up in a D/s relationship. Harry saves them from werewolves at some point on the way back to Hogwarts.

Any help finding this story would be much appreciated.
