The First third of the story is Naruto's rape and torture ending in her rescue by Hana, the next third is her emotional recovery with Hana's help ending with the two becoming lovers and the final third is them exploring their relationship (both emotionally and sexually)

At one point when she was young Kyūbi turns Naruto into an ageless demon like him in order to save her life.

After Pain's attack the village blames Naruto, while she is exhausted from the battle Naruto is kept unconcous for 3 years as they look for a way to seal of her chakra (making her 18 when the sex and torture starts)

Naruto becomes pregnant by Hana (Futa jutsu was used). 4 months into her pregnancy Naruto is abducted and tortured for several days before rescue (Kyūbi manages to prevent the baby from being harmed). Afterwards Naruto lives happily with Hana among the Inuzuka Clan, Hana becomes pregnant by Naruto.

Hana is the Alpha in their relationship.
