Multiple accounts registered with the same email? Cant reset pswd?

Im trying to login and cant remember my login info......im trying to have an email sent to the email listed on my account but it is saying

"The e-mail you provided may not be registered or is registerd multiple times, please contact support or try registering"

I know that my account IS registered because I can look myself up in the member directory. Apparently my member name is listed twice.....I do not

remember updating my account to the new system so ??? It has been a little while since ive been on but I know for a fact that I have an account, I

have had once since October of 2004 and im a little frustrated that I may not have an account for some reason..... any help at all would be

appreciated....

I have two emails I use

twistidcandi@yahoo.com

or

twistidcandi@hotmail.com

I have tried updating my account to the new system but I keep getting the same email about not having an account or my email not being registered.
