In the story Voldermort finds out the snape is a spy, sends for him and as punishement has one of his wizards death eaters or a muggle cut surgically cut off his penis making him an eunuch, then gets released back to hogwarts. Snape goes into a deep depression and thinks himself less of a man. Harry then becomes close to Snape and eventually they become sexual, harry tops of course and makes snape feel intense orgasms by rubbing the scar where his penis and balls usesd to be. I cannot for the life of me remember the title. I do remember that Snape wasn't the only one Voldemort snipped and that it made Snape extra powerful. It was disturbingly fascinating.
