The premise is that Squall and Irvine are on a mission, Irvine isn't taking his job seriously and nearly causes problems or death or something, and Squall gets really pissed. As a punishment, I think Squall goes down on Irvine, but that part is hazy. It was a short story as far as I remember--it may have been only a single chapter.
