Issue with trying to add a story and getting logged out perhaps?

Hi,

So I just joined the archive and I wanted to add a story. I've logged in and when I go to add a story, it takes me to a a page that tells me about the forums, not to the page that is shown in the FAQ where one adds their story. Nor do I see the "Welcome Back" message in the top right corner with the "My Profile" "My Control Panel" and "Logout" buttons on them. I am not sure whether in the process, I am getting logged out, but I am definitely not being taken to the right page. And when I do a refresh of the page with the add buttons on the left hand sidebar, I have to login again.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

First, I'm not sure what you're seeing - if you can give the URL?

Second, click this link - that should take you to your user control panel. That's where you add stories from. If you're seeing a login box instead of the latest news post/site announcement, then you're logged out. If you login from the center boxes, be sure you click 'login' and not just hit enter. It won't work otherwise.

Interesting, now it works. I was originally at that page, and then when I clicked on the add button for Buffy/Angel I was taken to a page telling me about the forums, even though the URL was this: http://buffy.adultfa...erpanel.php?add

It was weird. Then I would have to login again and repeat the process. Clearly some user error, being new and all, I am sure. Thanks for the help!!
