This is a harem and Naruto will be replacing Issei. Main pairing though is with Rias, but other girls will fight for him as well. Doesn't get a sacred gear, just his awesome shinobi stuff going on. Abilities doesn't have to be his own from the canon, he could have been in anbu before or learned the hien from asuma before he died. Stuff like that. But try to make it mainly taijutsu or kenjutsu. He doesn't let the others know about his shinobi status though until asia is in danger. I know there are a lot of rules, but I think that these two animes can come together, especially with naruto and Kurama teaming up to be a demon lord themselves.
