It starts off with Tony in the Cave with Yensin. Harry is also there. He was sold to them by the Dursleys. Tony promises to get them out. Harry has been abused by the men there. You find out later that he was in fact raped. Tony and Harry manage to get out alive though Harry is Shot. Once they are back in the States Tony adopts Harry and his name is changed to Howard bc the other one had to many bad memeories attached to it. I do believe that this is after his 2nd year but before his 3rd. Harry does not want to go back and ends up telling Tony about the Wizarding World. This makes Tony upset and voes that they are not getting them back that he is going to hire a tutor for his magic. Harry is very afraid of other people at this point as well.
