Guest The Lurker Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 I was cruising in the Bleach Catergory and came across this Leli's Story You can tell it's a troll just by the way they write. Two paragraphs total. The first one, no spaces, no seperations, nothing. Made their account the day they posted the "story." Another reason for thinking troll.. Left a review, asking questions about why things happened. Suggested they take the story down, rewrite it. Review went up after midnight, It's already deleated, only to be left with the one saying it is A good story. And the story has absolutely nothing to do with the summery.
EveKnight75 Posted October 18, 2007 Report Posted October 18, 2007 A troll is someone who posts an intentionally stupid story for the deliberate purpose of irritating others and/or incites/encourages a visible flame war. Under these definitions, I fail to see how this person is a troll. Bad writer, yes. Extremely immature, yes. Troll? No. The only viable complaints one can make are that this fic belongs in Crossovers and that the disclaimer fails to mention that the author does not profit from the "story".

I guess we'll leave this particular offering alone until we've got the TOS_team moved over here and working more smoothly. By that time, our definition of "troll" (which is quite being refined as we speak) should be perfect(ed enough for us, anyway). Good catch though. That one was rather un-pretty, and might possibly qualify as what you thought.
