I can't find this story and it's driving me nuts! m/m/m

Hi, I need help finding a story about 3 men. It's in another realm (I think). One man was a slave and his master died so he had to go to this place to find a new master. The slaves wear collers meaning three things, 1) looking for a master 2) slave in training and 3) owned slave. He ends up dancing with another slave and that slave's master took him home with them. This slave goes through "training" and they start looking for a good master for the new slave. But the master and his slave fall in love with the new slave. Now the new slave ends up going with his new master but this new master is creul and mean. So the old master and his slave poison the new slaves master and they take the new slave back. That's all I remember. Hopefully someone can help me.
