This story is after the winter war and at the beginning of Rosario + Vampire. You have three options 1.Orihime gets one Rosario + Vampire girl the options are Moka Akashiya,Kurumu Kurono,or Mizore Shirayuki. 2.Orihime gets all the Rosario + Vampire girls but not yukari sendo so the harem wiil have Moka Akashiya,Kurumu Kurono,Mizore Shirayuki,and Ruby Tojo. 3.
