Need to Merge Accounts

When trying to log into the new system (as a returning user) I could not get in with my registered email and password. When I tried to reset the password, I recieved a "The e-mail you provided may not be registered or is registerd multiple times, please contact support or try registering," message. To make sure that I was using the correct email, I did attempt to register, but was informed that, "The e-mail you provided is already Registered, please contact support or reset your password."

Since I cannot reset my password, I'm assuming that the issue lies in that I'm registered multiple times. I'd like to know how to fix this please.
