Harry was forced to marry Snape because I think his magic was getting out of whack. He and Draco are friends. Snape is very understanding at not consumating the bond. At some point, I think Harry's magic was getting even more out of whack and Snape had no choice but to consumate the bond. He was very gentle even though Harry kept crying and saying no. Harry woke up the next morning and freaked out at seeing Snape in his bed and runs to Draco's room. He explains to him what happened then lets Harry take a nap in his bed while he goes to Snape's rooms to have a talk with him. Ring any bells? Harry was getting sick because the bond wasn't consumated.
