Guest echtrae Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 This is sort of neat. Somebody with way too much time on their hands has built Orthanc from LotR and posted pictures of it. Orthanc - in Legos Quote
Guest Agaib Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 That must've taken quite a while to do. It reminds Me of the Toys R Us that was in NYC in times square. They had Lego versions of all sorts of things like Captain Jack Sparrow and the Empire State Building (Complete with King Kong). Quote
dazzledfirestar Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 that is an impressive example of too much time on hands. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 Reminds me of the Death Star and the Senate my brother did one summer... I wonder if I have any pictures of those hanging around somewhere... Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 definitely some other things that would be interesting to see. Quote
StoryJunkie Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 so THAT'S what a troll looks like. Can't believe he's out in the sun like that. Won't that turn him to stone or something? Quote
DarkCabaret Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 LMAO Zombie!! And I thought Amish people were boring..... That's pretty neat!! I did find one that was neat... Harpsichord Quote
ZombieDuke Posted July 20, 2007 Report Posted July 20, 2007 LMAO Zombie!! And I thought Amish people were boring.....That's pretty neat!! I did find one that was neat... Harpsichord It's all a ruse, Cabaret. They just want to look boring so we won't join in on the fun Dear GOD! Someone made a Harpischord out of Leggo's!? Quote
ArkaineX55 Posted August 16, 2007 Report Posted August 16, 2007 Damn, that's very impressive. How long did it take to build the tower and the harpischord? Quote
ladydeathfaerie Posted August 16, 2007 Report Posted August 16, 2007 those are both impressive. it reminds me of The Mall of America. they have a Legoland inside and it has dinosaurs and all sorts of other things made out of legos, naturally. the dinosaurs move and they have light up eyes and some other things like that. its really kind of cool. but yes, definitely the product of someone with far too much time on their hands. speaking of legos, has anyone seen the Camelot song from Monty Python and the Holy Grail done in Legos? frigging great...... Quote
Guest echtrae Posted August 16, 2007 Report Posted August 16, 2007 I've seen the Monty Python Camelot song done in Legos, it's on the Grail DVD. Here is a link to the MoA Lego store. Quote
Guest Big Samurai Posted August 17, 2007 Report Posted August 17, 2007 Impressive Orthanc. Reminds me of the six-foot Lego Statue of Liberty that used to be in my local Johnny's Toys when that still existed. I miss it terribly. Quote
