I thought it was called 'Just Friends' but apparently not... anyway; It's about two guys, they're just friends out in public, but they sleep together, and never speak to each other about having sex with each other, and never speak to each other while having sex. They also have a lot of really rough sex, which is why the one man in particular likes to keep what's going on on the downlow.... And then eventually they start organizing themselves into a relationship, and one of the guys little sister gets cancer (again?) and they help each other and the little sister through everything.
