It was about the older sister having her friends over to gossip in their pool. Parents make her watch her younger brother. The sister and her friends decide to play a trick on him by making him stand in front of the hole where the water jets out. One of the sister's friends decides to help him take care of his "problem" and makes him have sex with her. He doesn't know about sex and thinks his erection is him needing to pee and she tricks/blackmails him into having sex in order for him to be able to "pee". Also, there was a part where she first exposes him and thinks his penis is huge or at least bigger than her boyfriends. He has a hard time penetrating her and when he does she cums and is amazed at the fact the she came from only having the head penetrate. From then on she gets a little crazed and keeps ordering the younger brother to get it in her faster.
