Then, he had the flashback on how he became Kage. It was when people /refugees started to move into Oto and rebuild the village. Karin was there but I forgot if Suigetsu and Juugo was too. I think it was a oneshot. It's been quite a while, so I'm not sure if it's still up. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would tell me the name of the fic or/and the author.
