voldemort wins, hermione as draco's slave

i believe it was titled "ultimatum"

after voldemort wins the "battle of hogwarts", hermione becomes draco's slave and eventually they fall in love. the fic also featured ginny and blaise as the parallel slave & master couple. at the time i read it (which was quite a few years ago), the fic wasn't complete yet, and last chapter updated was about how harry wasn't actually dead and came to save hermione and ginny.

not sure if the fic has been retitled or moved somewhere else or if the author just deleted it but please let me know if you recall any fic that fits the description thanks!!
