Dumbledore and the Order finds out that Harry was severly abused by his realtives

I don’t remember where I found this story and it’s driving me crazy. Here’s what I remember:

Vernon Dursley stabs Harry and then leaves him to die. Dumbledore finds out that Harry is hurt because of some device in his office. He gathers the Order to go help Harry. They find a large pool of blood but no Harry. They search for clues and feel a magical signature buried in the back yard and think that Harry is buried there, but it’s not. Dumbledore then does a really powerful spell that allows the order and himself to see what happened in the house in the past.
