Vampire-slave HP/SS

The story I am looking for has Snape visiting a vampire court somewhere in eastern Europe and being given one of their slaves as a night of entertainment. The boy ends up being Harry, but he doesn't figure it out for a while. Harry ends up going back to the UK with him.

Harry was raised by the vampires and has really bad English. There was also a point where he mocked Fudge by making implications and waving his pinky finger.

Any help would be appreciated.
