Almost positive that it was called "Hermione's Final Year" and it starts out where she, Ron, and Harry are at Grimmauld Place, preparing for their 7th year. Sirius is going to be the new DADA professor, and Hermione has her fun with Snape, Sirius, and Remus in turn. At one point, Snape and Sirius accidentally switch bodies...... I am recommending fics to a friend, and it's one of my favorites. Any and all help would be SO appreciated!!! Quote
