I'm not 100% sure it is a "Naruto" fan fic or if it is even on this site anymore. I tried searching for it but there were no results. I also tried searching on fanfiction.net and there were no results there, either. I had the title written down in my notebook. Apparently, Chapter 1 was posted but that's it. It hasn't been updated since or I missed an update. I can't remember what the story was about or which pairings were involved.
