Looking for a SS/HG fic

I'm looking for a fic I've read a couple times (and only because I happen to stumble upon it while looking for other fics) though I can never remember the title.

It's about Hermione testing out an enchanted book for the Weasley twins or Ginny (I can't remember which. She may even be one of the authors herself). She gets sucked into the book along with Severus where Severus is the captain of a ship and he is delivering her to his brother (or someone). The book is done in real time and there are dead times, where the author(s) didn't take into account the time, between the scenes in the book. Along the way they find out that Severus is being bribed or blackmailed, by this person he is supposed be delivering her to, into letting Hermione be captured by a pirate that looks suspiciously like Lucius Malfoy to be held for ransom to her father. Of course it doesn't happen that way as by that time Severus has fallen in love with Hermione and together they kill the pirate.

That's all I can remember of the story, but if anyone knows which one it is I have been searching for it for a while.
