Want to find a story from last year

Hi i remember part reading a story but i cant rember if it was on here or on Fanfiction.net

what i can remeber was

naruto sneaks out to go and see his drug deal , who is itachi his step fathers catch him later on sitting in itachis lap at a cllub high as a kite and they send him to a rehab clinic

sasuke is narutos doctor and is surprised when itachi comes to visit naruto and ends up singing him self up to rehab for naruto which shocks itachi and the last chapter i rember was them goin to get itachis stuff from his house so that he could go to the clinic , and sasuke having to jerk off in itachis bath room because he sees naruto and itachi kissing on the couch
