Green = Rival

Blue = Leaf

Gold = Ethan

Silver = Rival

Crystal = Female from Crystal (she later wears Lyra's clothes in HG/SS)

Ruby = Brendan

Sapphire = May

Diamond = Lucas

Pearl = Barry

Platina = Dawn

Black = Hilbert

White = Hilda

Yellow and Emerald are manga exclusive characters.
