Kakashi forces Naruto to use his sexy no jutsu, and then traps him in it (I think he threatens to rape Naruto) and then forces Naruko to have sex with Sasuke, with Kakashi getting involved to varying degrees in the act. I believe it was done under the pretext of a teamwork exercise. The chapter and story (I'm pretty sure it was a one-shot) ends with Naruko accepting being a girl, and Ino and Sakura showing up to express jealousy, disgust or some combination of the two at Sasuke and Naruko together.
