Harry is stolen from Privet Drive by Lucius, but given to Tom when he returns. Harry acquires Sirius in Grim form in Diagon Alley, and calls him Brownie. They do use a blood oath contract, when the Dark and Light side meet to try and see if things can be settled peacefully. Molly goes a little bockers, and does yell both those things.
