AFF.net advertisement question & suggestion

I was reading through the Advertisement Page which seems as clearly set out as you could hope for, but there isn't any mention of payment methods accepted. I would assume that, at the least, you take credit cards - but what about other widely used forms of payment? I guess as an adult site paypal isn't interested?

Anyway, my question is about which types of payment there is for advertisement.

My suggestion is listing the methods (or only one, of there is only one!) on the page itself.

I know there's an email address on the page, but the wording suggests it's only for people ready to advertise as opposed to us folks checking out different options.

We accept check, money order (both of those go to our treasurer), and paypal (our paypal now accepts credit cards to, since we upgraded to a plus account. so that includes echecks, direct paypal funds transfer, from your bank account to our paypal, or credit card to our paypal.)

We don't list it because we have to approve all advertisers first. (We accept or reject dependant upon content, etc. - this is a mod group only decision.) If we gave them the payment info there, they'd pay us first and then we'd have a heck of a time rejecting them if they were say... an explicit photograph (porn) site or something. The mods do not seem to appear to accept such advertisers. I'm about the only one of us that has not issue with it.

I suppose they don't want advertisers like that because we have kiddies running around the site and it's bad enough that they can read erotic fics, but to link them to actual porn would make parents and the government even more mad I suppose. *shrug* Or it's a personal aversion to porn on their part, I don't really know which it is, as I am not them.

No, no porn on the site I was thinking of advertising. I'm just not cool enough to be a cyberpimp. I'll look at my budget and give it some more thought.
