Adoption Area

Because I just ran into this on a story:

Would it be feasible to create an adoption area, say in the writer's corner, for those authors who no longer wish to continue their stories but are willing to allow others to do so?

(As that's not my normally habited area, I apologize if it already exists and I overlooked it.)

Example....although that's more of a "I want to manage your writing my ideas" than a "I just can't find the motivation for this anymore" that I'm used to seeing.
