I’ve done a rough chapter 4 on mine and into an even rougher chapter 5. These things end up longer than expected sometimes!

Well I’m all for more Buffy related stories here. Eventually I’ll get back to it.

Chapter 5 draft finished!

There’s a character called Kevin, named waaaaay back in 2016 when this thing was actually plotted out (see post with cast list earlier in this thread), so no relation to any Kevins from other stories on here. 

For example, here’s the legally distinct Kevin in this Buffy story –

 “Her name is whore!” shouted a Los Angeles’ accented voice from the back.

 Kevin winced, and reddened, but she just smiled, so he pulled Willow’s face into a kiss, to the sound of one or two sarcastic “Awwws!” and a few more enthusiastic cries,

See? There’s nothing even vaguely- what? Oh, that. That’s just a reference to one of my old LA set stories. Buffy is from LA!

...am I getting sued? 

Also, for any passing readers wondering why Willow would be ok with a suggestion, by this stage in the story she’s, uh, embraced some of the more porntastic tropes.  This thing is employing a lot good ol’ porn tropes. In one chapter Buffy penetrates two vampires at the same time. Admittedly in their hearts, with wood, but the spirit’s there. In chapter 7 there’s a pizza delivery. 

No fucking clue how I thought I’d do it all in 10k words. 10k words into this thing and she was barely past holding hands, never mind cheerfully engaging in the kind of activities that would make Urban Dictionary contributors go home, take a very stiff drink, and think about their life choices. 

Little break to take a shot at finishing off one of my old “Turning an RPF fic I wrote into something entirely fictional” efforts, with much the same cheerful lack of quality, artistic morals, or writing talent, as the folks who copy and paste over their fanfic names to become massively famous.
