I believe she uses the ROR to help overcome his fear of potions and teaches goyle and crabbe to dance and pairs them with lavender and parvati. She also gets a snake tatoo and becomes an animagus the help of Professor McGonagall who in turn attempts to matchmake HG and SS by having Sev babysit Hermione while she is in snake form. Once they get together, Sev will soon find out he was tricked and breaks it off. Hermione gets him back while wearing leather pants to draco's new club.
