Lookinf for An FMA story with a tantric circle used to make the Philociphers Stone.

I'm lookin for a story I read years ago about Roy coming home to Ed and finding him finishing the markings for a Tantic Circle. Um something about makeing a Philosophers Stone with no life lost. They do tha magic and it isen't quite right only makes a black stone. So they have to do it again. And eventually Archer comes to fuck with their heads and arrest Ed and Al for doing human transmutation. I don't remember the Title or where I read it or even the authors name. Please Help?
