I don't know the title... but here's the plot:

Draco sends letters to Harry during the summer, but never says who he is as he confesses how he feels to Harry, leaving Harry to guess. When they finally meet, it's in the ice cream parlor at Diagon Alley, and Wormtail shows up. Once Harry finds out his secret admirer is Draco, he's skeptical of him, but decides to give it a try.

also, would anyone know any good D/H pairings where Draco transforms in and out from human to dragon? I found Beloved Treasure and Love's First Kiss and love them, but I've been trying to find more.

I don't know if you have read "My beloved treasure" here on AFF.net or on ff.net. But if you read it here you should look it up on ff.net 'cause the author has uploaded more chapters there.
