The ten minutes INLCUDES if Nexcess has to restore the old RPMs just in case this doesn't work. I expect no issues, but it's best to be prepared in case we do have to roll back. After I confirm it's all done, without issue, the forum is next for upgrading, as the latest version REQUIRES php5. IPB 2.x is EOL now, and no longer supported. You may have seen a "couldn't connect to database" error for about a minute. Other than that, it all went very well. Next up is the forum. IPS is doing that upgrade, for free. It's part of the licensing package when there is a MAJOR version change, which this is. At that time, you'll see an offline message which will tell you the same thing.
