Snape/Hermione

I remember reading this Hermione/Snape fic not too long ago, and I'm looking to reread it, but I can't seem to find it. I'm not sure if it is completed or not.

Okay, so here are the basics of what I can remember:

-Snape/Hermione story

-Hermione overhears from Ginny that Snape isn't feeling well or that someone was screaming in the dungeons and goes to investigate.

-Hermione finds Snape confined in a room because he was hit with a powerful curse that tortures him until he has sex with a virgin, and will kill him if he doesn't. Dumbledore and Lucius are there.

-Lucius tells Hermione what must be done, and gets her into the room when she agrees.

-Snape and Hermione have sex, and Hermione transfigures a piece of leather that she has him bite down on, so she has something to remember him by.

-At some point Snape finds out its Hermione by having her answer a question on an essay.

I think this one might be on Fanfiction.net. I know I've read it, or started reading it somewhere and I'm on that sight a lot more than this one.
