Ichiraku?

I suddenly wanted to read an old fanfiction and I can't find it anywhere. The story starts with Sasuke a young businessman purchasing the ramen restaurant Ichiraku not knowing that his old childhood friend works there. Their relationship develops from there. I remember that Sasuke coldness was because he started drinking liquor. Naruto had the kyuubi and it's abilities as well as a uterus, I think. There was a halloween party and Naruto was also kidnapped towards the end. I think this story is called Ichiraku. If anyone knows who wrote this or where I could find it I would appreciate it.
