That commonly causes it, as it'll leave open tags in the doc, which the php interpreter parses as an end of file, so anything BELOW the open tag will not appear. I had thought of that and went over the original document to see anything that might have caused it and tweaked a couple of html codes and it finally pulled through! Thanks!
