searching for Harry as werewolf fic

I can't remember the title or author of the fic but here is a brief summary of what I remember.

Over the summer holidays Harry is turned by a werewolf. Returning to Hogwarts he decides to keep what has happened a secret and resolves to deal with it alone by using the secret passage and the shrieking shack. However Harry is unable to get any wolfsbane potion without alerting Professor Snape to what has happened and is unable to deal with the pain of the transformation. He attempts suicide in Moaning Myrtles bathroom by slitting his wrists and taping silver balls to the open wounds, thereby getting silver poisoning. Remus is at Hogwarts and both he and Snape are suspicious of the changes apparent in Harry and try to uncover what has happened. I think they find him in after he has attempted suicide and try to save him.

If anyone knows the author, title or website where I could find this story I would greatly appreciate it.
