Looking for a harry/hermione fic involving hermione's mother

Harry stays at the grangers for some reason. He and hermione fool around. Her mother talks to him about sex and watches and instructs while they fuck. Later in the fic they go to diagon alley and buy books. Draco fucks hermione's mother in the ass i think. Harry then kills him because of some weird law that says that if such a thing happens, then his inheritance goes to her mom. I read this this year and can't remember what it was called.
