Looking for a fic

Hello,

I'm looking for a fic, hope that you can help me find it.

Harry was sent to Azkaban for murder, I think it was the murder of Neville.

After about a year Voldemort breaks into Azkaban, the order follows.

They find out that Percy did the murder, not Harry.

Harry summons Fudge to Azkaban, shows him Voldemort's ashes and get's out of jail.

He is forced back to Hogwarts to complete his education because he is still a minor.

He doesn't get his supplies, because the Griffindors distroyed them.

McGonnagal takes him shopping, instead of a wand he gets a staf (a bossy staf).

One of the chapters was called "I don't want no stinkin' medal". Fudge tries to give him the Order of Merlin in that one.

I hope someone recorgnises this, and knows where to find it.
