Harry is a "lord" and I believe that teh story is Harry/Draco. Harry has a hard time controlling his powers so a witch with lord status comes from her country to help him. There is a council type group of lords throughout the world. I remember in particular that Harry's power creates a jungle type atmosphere and that there was another witch who comes that controls the weather/storms. Can anyone help? Thank you! Quote
