It's about Naruto leaving Sasuke for some reason, and Sasuke is searching for Naruto. He looks for him throughout all the other countries like Ice, Sand, etc. Each chapter is about a country, and almost every country he meets people from Konoha. By the time he finds Naruto in ice country, Naruto already has a baby. Sasuke accidently wakes the baby up, and Naruto had to go to attend to the baby. I don't remember the ending. I'm not sure if this is a completed or unfinished fanfic and where I read. Please help! Let me know if the fanfic has been deleted or what. Thanks a lot.
