This plot is a rewrite of the series featuring a Blind-Powerful-Intelligent Naruto with either an Itachi/Naruto pairing or a Kakashi/Naruto pairing.

Naruto's appearance should be somewhat feminine (long hair is a must) and he should have between two to four bloodline limits (I suggest one being the Hyoton and the rest invented). However, despite being powerful, Naruto must not be all-powerful. He should have some major flaws, for instance he should be socially dysfunctional (Image 'L' from Death Note), and Niave.

Naruto could also be the son of a foriegn clan who arrived just before the Kyuubi's attack and the Yondaime could have placed a genjutsu on him to disguise his lineage. However to protect Naruto from his people the Sandaime could hide Naruto under his 'true identity' and 'real name'. This is not required.

Okami - The Uchiha massacre should be a means to frame Itachi, but instead of Itachi leaving Konoha, he joins the ranks under a new identity, that of Okami (Wolf) with the Sandaime's assistance

It is required that the Author creates new fights and enemies for the series, excluding all pervious coonflicts such as the battle in the Land of Waves and the Akatsuki. And you must create new attacks and new clans and abilities.
