SereneLies Posted July 4, 2009 Report Share Posted July 4, 2009 A couple of weeks ago I began my desperate search for the perfect beta - one who enjoyed the fandom I was writing for and had previous experience in editing. The jewel I discovered was alot more than I had expected. Not only did she enjoy InuYasha as I did, but she was also a fan of the pairing I used (Kagome and Sesshomaru if you are curious). On top of that, I was simply expecting a person who would read my story, edit and hand back, but I found that the beta who had agreed to edit my work was amiable and easy to talk to - we discussed the fandom of InuYasha but as well, managed to communicate on a friendly level. So for my beta, Nikkular, I would like to give two thumbs up, a couple gold stars, and a huge 10/10. Thanks so much for your help.
