In this fic Harry is hurt and in a coma so Dumbeldore asks Hermione to pretend to be Harry they use a potion and with the help of Remus pretends to be Harry. She gets close to Snape who is loosing his mind he is falling in love with the person Harry is. He goes to Remus venting that he shouldn't be in love with Harry when Remus tells him he is relieved because it's Hermione he loves not Harry. That's all I remember.
