You know a lot of times when you read such a fic its almost deja vu like. One thing that stands out I think, is most cases where Ranma Develops a "Kasumi-like" personality, usualy tend to indicate teh change is only temporary, just an observation. Ranma's Legacy, is a Ranma 1/2 Fanfiction with slight sailor moon crossover elements. Its focused on a elderly, matronly Ranko looking back at her past, the last days of her life as a male, how she fought her new life as a female, then came to fight it less, then grudgingly accepted it, and finally embraced it. It also features age Regression. (in fact the sailor moon crossover element is little more then a facilitator for that and one or tow other things.) watching her and her husband (yes shes married) get young again.
